RouteSide

Privacy Policy

Effective July 25, 2026 · RouteSide is a product of Wadstrom & Co LLC

What we collect

RouteSide provides a phone layer for organizations: calls, text messages, and login codes arriving at a business's RouteSide number are routed to the right person on that business's team. To do this we collect and process:

  • Account information — the name, email address, and business details an administrator provides when creating a workspace.
  • Communications data — the content and metadata (numbers, timestamps, delivery status) of calls and text messages sent to or from a business's RouteSide numbers, processed to classify, route, and relay them.
  • Team routing data — the names, phone numbers, and availability schedules a business configures for its own staff.

How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the service: routing and relaying communications, notifying the right staff member, keeping the business's activity log, preventing abuse, and complying with law. AI classification is used to understand what an inbound message is about so the business's own rules can route it; classifications are logged so the business can review and correct them.

Text messaging and your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors who deliver messages on our behalf (such as our telecommunications carrier partners), and only for the purpose of delivering those messages.

You can opt out of text messages from any RouteSide number at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Messaging Terms for full program details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run RouteSide: communications carriers for calls and messages; cloud hosting and storage providers; AI and speech providers for classification and voice features; payment and email providers; and limited operational monitoring providers for privacy-minimized error diagnostics and marketing-site analytics. They may use the data only to provide their services to us. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep communications records — calls, messages, and their metadata — for as long as the organization's RouteSide account is active. RouteSide records important administrative changes and consequential actions in an audit log, but not every ordinary read of a communications record produces an individual audit entry. We do not currently delete communications records on an automatic schedule. To exercise privacy rights over data a business holds about you, contact that business; to reach us directly about data RouteSide processes, email support@routeside.org.
